M/S of ten-stone baby Leslie Bowles with his parents. Three-year-old Leslie is just seen at the bottom of the screen, then camera tilts down.

Various shots of Leslie playing with toys and walking about on his knees (his body is apparently too heavy for his legs to bear), and sitting in a little armchair. He is portrayed as something of a humorous freak. Then he kneels up on his chair to take a chocolate bar being dangled above his head by a man. We then see that Leslie is in a kind of pen, with people looking over the top at him as if he is an animal in a zoo! Horrendous!
