    Various shots of ATC (Air Training Corps) cadets assembling glider plane. The plane is towed of to practice ground by jeep. M/S of young pilot getting into cockpit and putting on harness. The glider is then dragged over a field at speed by a rope without actually taking off. Various shots of more advanced cadet getting into dual control glider with his instructor. Various shots of glider taking off and in flight.

    The cadets learn how to pilot gliders in preparation for entry into RAF (Royal Air Force).
