    People in a small boat - punt; w/ long pole - stopped where some folks stand outside houses. Tracking shot down river; past the flats; & boat. Continued down river; tracking shot of shore - more people; stand outside a shop - looking stranded. Across flooded street is a pub called 'The Ark'!
