    Various shots of Mr Yansen (Jansen?) doing exercises on an exercise bar. He looks about 60 years old has a long white fuzzy beard. Commentator tells us he fought with the Australians in the First World War. He then runs up a very long flight of outdoor stairs, then drinks some water from the sea. In between these shots Mr Yansen talks to camera about his fitness regime and diet. He ends by telling us "Soldiers never die and I think so too".
