Rosemary gets out of bed and springs up to look out of the window. She holds on to the back of her dressing table chair and swings her leg and arm vigorously, then turns around and does the other side. She touches her toes alternately with each hand to exercise her waist. M/S as she lays on the floor, lifts her leg up and swings it over to touch the ground at the side, this is good for the hips.
