    Very good L/S's of the city of Lincoln. M/S of a man fishing on the river. Good shots of street scenes in the city including a L/S of the High Street and the Stonebow building which crosses it (the Guildhall is above it). The narrator talks about it's historical past since the time of the Romans. He says "Henry II gave the citizens it's first charter in 1157."

    Good L/S's and M/S's of the large castle. L/S's of the law courts and the libraries and the public gardens. Superb footage of the exterior of the large cathedral. The narrator says that the ancient building house the large bell called "Great Tom".
