Background: INTRODUCTION: King Hassan of Morocco has sent envoys to some 90 countries mainly to charge Libya with aggravating tension in North Africa. Both United States and the Soviet Union are among the 90 countries.
SYNOPSIS: In the Kremlin, King Hassan's special envoy Karim Lamrani was received by Nikolai Tikhonov, Chairman of the Soviet Council of Ministers. Both men and their advisers later sat down to talks in what the Soviet News Agency Tass described as a friendly atmosphere.
Tass said they exchanged views on several issues. It gave no more details but earlier reports from Morocco indicated that King Hassan is trying to achieve Soviet and other support for his charge the Libya is trying to isolate Morocco in North Africa.
Moroccan envoys have paid similar visits to Canada, Mexico and countries in Asia, Africa, eastern and western Europe and the Arab world.
