    THE MACHINE HAS BEEN DEVELOPED BY THE RADIO CORPORATION OF AMERICA AND IS KNOWN AS A CHINESE-JAPANESE-KOREAN IDIOGRAPHIC COMPOSING MACHINE. IT IS THE FIRST PRACTICAL DEPARTURE FROM THE TEDIOUS TASK OF HAND-SETTING ASIAN SCRIPT AND THE FORMIDABLE BANK OF CHARACTERS REQUIRED.
