Hussein Zulficar Sabry, Deputy Foreign Minister of the United Arab Republic, flew to Brasilia, Brazil's new capital, recently. Piloting the aircraft himself, he was on his way with a six-man trade and economic delegation to meet President Kubitschek and Foreign Minister Lafer during a 9-day visit to Brazil, part of a tour of 15 Latin American countries with whom the U.A.R. enjoys diplomatic relations.
