    THE TOUR IS IN ELEVEN STAGES. THE FIRST WAS WON BY M. BONIFACE POMMIER, OF THE CAMEROUN. IN THE SECOND ROUND, THREE AFRICANS FROM THE CAMEROUN TOOK THE FIRST PLACES, PUTTING NKOLLO THADDE IN FIRST PLACE.
