Background: It was reported in Pakistan recently that extremists have been distributing bumper stickers with the caption "Crush India."
Now, a youth organisation in New Delhi known as the "Yuva Shakti Morcha", belonging to the right-wing Jana Sangh movement, has retaliated by producing their own stickers.

Volunteers from the organisation have recently been stopping traffic in the streets of New Delhi and sticking cars with labels proclaiming the liberation of "Bangla Desh" and punishment of Pakistan's President Yahya Khan.

SYNOPSIS: In New Delhi on Tuesday, volunteers of the "Yuva Shakti Morcha" -- who belong to the Indian right-wing Jana Sangh movement -- began plastering labels on cars proclaiming freedom for the so-called Bangla Desh, and punishment for Pakistan President Yahya Khan.

The sticker campaign was adopted by the youth organisation following reports from Pakistan that labels saying "Crush India" were circulating in Karachi and other centres.

Traffic officials did not fully support the new form of demonstration. They claimed the volunteers had held up the flow of traffic in the New Delhi streets, and that some of the motorists had objected to the stickers being placed on their vehicles. Crowds had gathered earlier to watch the hold-ups, but there was no violence reported.
