    UNDER THE COMMAND OF AN IVORY COAST SKIPPER, IT HAS A CREW OF 22 MEN -- MOST OF THEM FROM DAHOMEY AND GHANA -- AND IS THE BIGGEST SARDINE FISHING BOAT OPERATING IN THE REGION.

    THE IVORY COAST'S DIRECTOR OF THE AGRICULTURAL FUND, MR. ATOUMBWE KWAIDO, WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE "MO-PHAITY", IS A FREQUENT VISITOR ABOARD THE TRAWLER AND LIKES TO SAIL WITH HER ON FISHING TRIPS.
