    MR. JOHN CORDLE, WHO WAS ALSO A MEMBER OF THE PARLIAMENTARY DELEGATION TO LIBERIA WAS INVESTED WITH THE AWARD BY PRESIDENT TUBMAN DURING A RECENT VISIT TO LIBERIA. THE LEADER OF THE DELEGATION, SIR KENNETH THOMPSON WAS ILL AND WAS UNABLE TO ATTEND THE CEREMONY.
