    APART FROM GABON, AND CONGO-BRAZZAVILLE, THE ONLY REMAINING MEMBER OF UDEAC IS CAMEROUN. PRESIDENT TOMBALBAYE OF CHAD HAS THAT THE NEW UNION HAS PUT AN END TO UDEAC AND THAT THE REMAINING MEMBERS WOULD BE WELCOME TO JOIN.
