Typhoon, a violent storm like hurricane in Caribbean Sea, Tornado in the United States which used to occur in China Sea and South Pacific in the Autumn mostly in September and October. This typhoon makes it a rule to hit Taiwan, Okinawa and Japan sometime Korea and East coast of China mainland. Whenever typhoon hit those countries, there used to be a big storm, causing flood in river and much damage in the dense populated area like Japanese cities and towns destructing the houses, railway tracks and wash away the house along the river and bringing high tidal waves at the coast of Japan mostly eastside every year. The Japanese Central Meteorogical Observation Laboratory has been studying the cause and phenomenon of typhoon for long time but it is difficult to predict it correctly unless the experts observe this phenomenon from the air and chase the typhoon. This year, Japan was hit more than 30 typhoon including few very violent one. So the experts of the Meteorogical observatory get on U.S. Transport plane C. 130 and flew over the central and South Pacific Ocean near Saipan Islands and Iwoji ma Islands where they found No.31 typhoon which is moving to west-ward and observed from the air speed, dense of typhoon how it is thick and dropped radio-zonde to get correct data of wind, pressure and TV camera chased the eye of the typhoon from the altitude of 3,000 meters and the plane come down to 2,000 meters and chased the typhoon No.31 around 300 kilometres and got valuable data. Meanwhile the plane checks the typhoon by radar and transmit the condition and speed of typhoon tom the central meteorogical observatory station in Tokyo. The station radiocast the speed and direction of typhoon to all boats in the central Pacific and Southern pacific ocean where the all the boats might be involved in the typhoon. All Japanese radio and television stations numbering altogether 550 radiocast and televise this information and warned the boats and people who live in the east coasts of Japan. Though this typhoon is medium size one but information was very valuable so the Meteorogical Observatory station would like to send observation plane for central and south pacific is September and October almost every day and observe the typhoon and report the progress direction and so forth and report to the central observatory station. This is the most effective way to prevent any damages of the boat and houses and human life by typhoon. Because the boats can evacuate from the area where typhoon is approaching if they know the direction far in advance.
