    SERGEANT MATAGULAY WHO WAS RELEASED ON CHRISTMAS EVE TOLD NEWSMEN HE WAS MOVED FROM CAMP TO CAMP DURING HIS CAPTIVITY AND WAS HELD TOED FOR THE FIRST FOUR MONTHS.

    HE SAID HE WAS NOT SUBJECTED TO PHYSICAL ILL TREATMENT BUT THE VIETCONG OFTEN QUESTIONED HIM AND SUBJECTED HIM TO COMMUNIST PROPAGANDA. HE SAID HE WAS ALSO COERCED INTO SIGNING STATEMENTS CONTAINING ANTI-AMERICAN AND ANTI-VIETNAM PROPAGANDA.
