    ON SUNDAY THERE WILL BE AN OPEN CONGRESS AT WHICH IT IS EXPECTED THAT OBSERVERS FROM EASTERN EUROPE AND THE SOVIET UNION WILL ATTEND. CHAIRMAN OF THE CONFERENCE IS MR. KENNETH LEE, BRITISH CHAIRMAN OF THE FRIENDS PEACE COMMITTEE, A QUAKER ORGANISATION.
