The President and the Prince to the reviewing stand, where the Guard of Honor gives the President's Salute, while the Pakistan Navy Band plays the British and Pakistan National Anthems. Two of the President's Aides de Camp stand in position, one on either side of the dais.

The President and Prince Philip, led S/L John Severne, equerry, and the Presidential A.D.C. preceed the Prince and the President as they review the Guard of Honor. At the conclusion, the Prince stops to chat a moment with the Guard Commander, being introduced by President Ayub
The Prince and President are conducted to the receiving line where, in the following order where the President introduces his Cabinet ministers, following which the Chief of Protocol presents the Heads of Missions of the Commonwealth Countries, after which Dr. Nazir Ahmed presents representatives of the Pakistan Association for the Advancement of Science, then H.E. Sir Alexander Symon, High Commissioner in Pakistan introduces members of the High Commission and the U.K. community in Pakistan
The Chief of Protocol then the President and the Prince to the President's cream El Dorado Cadillac convertible, and the car takes a wide swing (not on the program - obviously at the Duke's request, as this was not on the program) near the Airport Administration Building, to give the large numbers of the British community gathered there an opportunity to wave at and cheer the Duke, who replies with the well-known hand-wave. The Presidential car, preceded by a motorcycle escort then leaves the airport for the President's house.

Security measures were unusually strict, and our movements were very severely restricted. We had anticipated this, and had Miss Eona Bellefontaine, a member of our staff, shot a second roll to round out No. 2 could not be much different from that of Roll No. 1, described above, nevertheless, she shot from different angles, and included a few shots which we were not able to get on Roll No. 1. We trust this will be of assistance to you. The first footage on Miss Bellefontaine's film is of the arrival of the President of Pakistan, General Mohamed Ayub Khan, at the airport. Thereafter, her coverage will be much the same as Roll No. 1, although, as stated above, from different - in some cases, better angles.
This was an excessively formalized reception; gaiety, no spontaneity, no joy, no rose-petal-tossing. Everything very correct and orderly, but nothing much to pin sparkling footage on
