Background: The official celebration of the first anniversary of April 21 1967 revolution is being celebrated today all over the country. While big festivities, games and parades have been programmed for tonight at Panathenian Stadium where Greek Premier George Papadopoulos will address to crowds on the achievements of the revolution, the whole of the Government attended this morning a religious service at Athens Cathedral -- a rather blessing of the junta -- conducted by Athens Archbishop Mgr. Ieronymos and his clergy. Regent, Lt-Gen. George Zoetakis, also a member of the military junta, attended the service and was given royal honors.
