HARLLEY, WHO IS VICE-CHAIRMAN OF THE NATIONAL LIBERATION COUNCIL (GHANA'S GOVERNING BODY), IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INFORMATION, SECRETARIATS AND DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE N.L.C.

    MR. HARLLEY WAS ACCOMPANIED BY OFFICIALS OF THE STATE ENTERPRISES SECRETARIAT AND WAS RECEIVED ON ARRIVAL AT THE DISTILLERIES CORPORATION BY THE PRINCIPAL SECRETARY OF THE STATE ENTERPRISES SECRETARIAT, MR. K.N. ARKAAH. HE WAS CONDUCTED AROUND THE OFFICES BY THE MANAGING DIRECTOR, MR. KWABENA OWUSU.

    MR. HARLLEY INSPECTED THE BOILING AND BOTTLING ROOMS, WHERE HE SAW SOME OF THE WORKERS BOTTLING MANUFACTURED SPIRITS. HE ALSO VISITED THE WAREHOUSE. MR. OWUSU ASSURED MR. HARLLEY THAT THE CORPORATION WOULD CONTINUE TO MAKE PROFITS.
