The Queen says that war has at all times called for the fortitude of women but this time women as well as men can serve their country in time of need, and says that those who are parted from their loved ones, and who have opened their houses to strangers and children are giving real service to the country. Queen says that we all have our part to play and the greater the courage and devotion the sooner will return the happy ordered life.
