    Nearing the end of a week-long visit to Italy, a ten-man trade delegation from the People's Republic of China visited two large industrial plants, of the Breda Group, in Milan on Wednesday (3 November). The delegation showed special interest in a factory where nuclear arms are manufactured. Foreign Trade Minister....Pai Hsiang-Kuo.... who leads the delegation, signed a new trade agreement with his Italian counterpart in Rome last week, and since then the visitors have made a comprehensive tour of Italy's major industrial zones.

    SYNOPSIS: The entrance to the Breda Group's industrial complex on the outskirts of Milan, where a visiting ten-member trade delegation from the People's Republic of China arrived on Wednesday in the course of an extensive tour of Italy's major industrial zones.

    The delegation, which is nearing the end of a week-long visit to Italy, saw first the Breda factory which produces ship motors. Leader of the visitors is Pai Hsiang-Kuo, Peking's Minister of Foreign Trade.

    Last week in Rome Mr. Pai and his Italian counterpart, signor Mario Zagari, signed a new trade agreement between the two countries which is to be renewable annually and gives both sides "most favoured nation" preferences.

    A highlight of Wednesday's Milan visit was a tour through a plant producing nuclear armaments.

    Explanations of the wok being undertaken was conveyed through translators.
