    As Greek Premier George Papado??? was speaking to the ??? (July 27) his deputy, First Deputy Prime Minister Styli??? Pattakos was touring the villages of the Attica region urging support for the constitutional changes planned by the Government.

    The leaders of Greece's two main political parties, which had 80 per cent of the votes at the last election in 1964, called on the Greek people to reject the constitutional changes which would finally abolish the monarchy. They predicted a 95 per cent "No" vote.
