    THE MISSING LEADER'S BROTHER, M. ABDELKADER BEN BARKA, THIS WEEK TOLD THE COURT HE WAS CERTAIN THAT HIS BROTHER, KIDNAPPED IN PARIS ON OCTOBER 29TH LAST YEAR, WAS NOW DEAD.

    THE FRENCH AUTHORITIES HOLD MOROCCO'S MINISTER OF THE INTERIOR, GENERAL MOHAMED OUFKIR, PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE KIDNAPPING. HE IS BEING TRIED IN HIS ABSENCE, AS ARE TOW MOROCCAN POLICE OFFICIALS AND FOUR FRENCHMEN.

    IN THE COURT TODAY WAS M. ABDELKADER BEN BARKA WHO IS A CIVIL PLAINTIFF AGAINST THE FIVE ACCUSED IN COURT. THEY INCLUDE TWO FRENCH POLICE DRUG SQUAD OFFICERS AND AN AIRLINE OFFICIAL AND PART-TIME SECRET AGENT.

    M. MEHDI BEN BARKA'S WIFE RITA, WHO FLEW INTO PARIS LAST WEEKEND FROM CAIRO, ALSO WAS IN THE COURTROOM TODAY.
