    THE TWO MINISTERS DISCUSSED THE INTENSIFICATION OF CLOSE RELATIONS BETWEEN THE TWO COUNTRIES, PROBLEMS OF INTERNATIONAL POLITICS AND QUESTIONS OF EUROPEAN SECURITY, ACCORDING TO EAST GERMAN NEWS SOURCES.

    OBSERVERS SAID THE TALKS PROBABLY CONCENTRATED ON CURRENT BONN-MOSCOW TALKS, A PROPOSED BONN-EAST BERLIN SUMMIT AND FOUR-POWER TALKS OVER BERLIN.
