TRANSCRIPT: SEQ. 1: PERRY: "The visit was not to come to final agreements, but to determine, to identify a half a dozen projects which we hope to get underway in a matter, in a few months. That has been done, we have surveyed the facilities, all of the conditions are now proper for proceeding. The actual agreement will be signed over the course of the next few months."

REPORTER: "As part of this year, are some of these negotiations within the annex of this agreement or are some outside?"

PERRY: "The negotiations are in that context but it is quite possible that we will make individual agreements in order to start these projects sooner."

REPORTER: "Is any money figure being discussed at this stage in terms of the projects (indistinct) here today?"

PERRY: "Each project has a separate cost associated with it and we have not yet determined the total number of projects that will be determined. That's going to require joint consultation between the Turkish and American governments. Those decisions are still a few months ahead of us."
