  • Description

Four hundred new cars every week is the staggering production schedule of the Jaguar Car company. A year ago the company faced disaster when one quarter of the Coventry factory had been destroyed by fire. Now, all production records are being broken - and export totals are up by six per cent. The Jaguar's reputation for speed and reliability was built up under the toughest race conditions...such as five victories in seven years in the Le Mans 24 hour endurance race. That same, all-out drive has come to the factory. The total output before the fire has been doubled already.
