    PRESIDENT TITO OF YUGOSLAVIA, ACCOMPANIED BY HIS WIFE, ARRIVED YESTERDAY (FRIDAY) IN KHARTOUM. HE WAS MET AT THE AIRPORT BY MAJOR-GENERAL JAAFAR MOHAMED EL-NIMEIRY, CHAIRMAN OF SUDAN'S REVOLUTIONARY COUNCIL, GOVERNMENT LEADERS AND MINISTERS, AND MEMBERS OF THE DIPLOMATIC CORPS.

    DURING HIS CURRENT AFRICAN TOUR, PRESIDENT TITO HAS ALREADY VISITED TANZANIA, ZAMBIA, ETHIOPIA, KENYA AND UGANDA -- FROM WHERE HE FLEW TO KHARTOUM. BEFORE LEAVING ENTEBBE YESTERDAY, HE AND PRESIDENT MILTON OBOTE ISSUED A COMMUNIQUE SAYING THAT THEY REAFFIRMED THEIR TWO COUNTRIES'S POLICIES OF NON-ALIGNMENT.

    DURING HIS STAY IN KHARTOUM, THE YUGOSLAV HEAD OF STATE WILL HOLD TALKS WITH MAJOR-GENERAL EL-NIMEIRY WHICH, ACCORDING TO OFFICIAL SOURCES, WILL COVER THE MIDDLE EAST CRISIS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF HOLDING A SUMMIT CONFERENCE OF NON-ALIGNED COUNTRIES.

    PRESIDENT TITO -- WHO WAS EFFUSIVELY GREETED AT KHARTOUM AIRPORT BY MEMBERS OF THE YUGOSLAV COMMUNITY -- WILL REMAIN IN SUDAN UNTIL MONDAY, WHEN HE WILL GO TO ASWAN, UPPER EGYPT, ON THE FINAL LEG OF HIS AFRICAN TOUR, FOR TALKS WITH PRESIDENT GAMEL NASSER.
