SYNOPSIS: A meeting in the Polish capital of Warsaw between the chairman of the West German Parliamentary Social Democrat Party, Mr. Wehner -- and the Polish Prime Minister. Mr. Piotr Jaroszewicz. There've been no details of the meeting published, but in West Germany it was seen as an effort by the government to patch up relations between Warsaw and Bonn. Reports from Bonn say relations between the two capitals have deteriorated during recent months, while West Germany's relations with other East European countries have remained good. One report says relations between West Germany and Poland are back to the stage they were before the signing of the Bonn-Warsaw Treaty in December, 1970. And there's speculation in Bonn that the Polish leadership may be divided in its attitude towards the West German government.
