Background: Special church services were held throughout Ghana on Sunday (28th. February) to offer thanks for the recovery of President Akufo-Addo from his recent illness. The President was taken ill in October last year and was flown to London for medical treatment. After convalescing, he returned home on February 2nd. The Prime Minister, Dr. Busia, attended one of the services and the Foreign Minister, Mr. Ofori Atta, read a lesson.
