    MACHINES WERE SENT TO THE SITE TO PRODUCE ARTIFICIAL SNOW, BUT IT WAS LATER DISPLACED WHEN SNOWFALLS WERE RECORDED. THE SNOWFALL MADE SPEED SKATING DIFFICULT.
