HIS GUESTS WERE THE FOREIGN MINISTER OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, MARSHAL CHEN YI AND MR. IGNATOV, VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE SOVIET PRESIDIUM.

    MR. IGNATOV OFFICIALLY OPENED ONE PART OF THE EXHIBITION WHICH WAS MOSTLY DEVOTED TO DISPLAYS OF MAPS AND PHOTOGRAPHS OF AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE COUNTRY.

    FOR HIS VISITORS, PRINCE SIHANOUK PROVED A GOOD GUIDE. AS HE ESCORTED THEM FROM EXHIBIT TO EXHIBIT HE KEPT UP A RUNNING-COMMENTARY AND SPARED NO EFFORT IN ENSURING HIS GUESTS UNDERSTOOD WHAT THEY WERE SEEING.

    MARSHAL CHEN YI AND MR. IGNATOV WERE IN THE CAPITAL REPRESENTING THEIR GOVERNMENTS AT THE CAMBODIAN INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATIONS......
