Background: The town of Limete, in Congo-Kinshasa, has just purchased seven dust carts with giant containers for removing rubbish. Officials from Kinshasa visited the Limete Public Works depot, where they saw the dust carts being demonstrated.
The yard supervisor, M. Tala Niketo Senkela, explained to the gathered officials the advantage of the new dust carts, before they saw being demonstrated.
The dust carts are of German manufacture, and are the first of their kind to be used in Africa.
