ZAMBIANS BEGAN TO REGISTER YESTERDAY (MONDAY) FOR OFFICIAL RATIONING OF THE FUEL SUPPLIES BEING BROUGHT IN FROM TANZANIA BY AIR AND ROAD. MEANWHILE THEIR CARS IDLE WHILE THE FIRST AIR-LIFT SUPPLIES ARE CHANNELLED TO VITAL INDUSTRIES.
