Background: The Nigerian Armed Forces Chief, Brigadier General Hassan Katsina began his three day official visit to Malaysia on Thursday.
On Friday, the General called on the Malaysian Prime Minister, Tun Abdul Razak and had talks with the country's Chief of the armed forces staff, General Tan Sri Ibrahim Bin Ismail.
On Saturday General Katsina left the capital and made on extensive tour of rural and development areas.
SYNOPSIS: In Kuala Lumpur, the Malaysian Prime Minister, Tun Abdul Razak has received the Chief of the Nigerian Armed forces, Brigadier General Hassan Katsina. The General was on the second day of his three day visit.
The Head of the Malaysian Armed Forces, General Tan, was also present at the talks and later had longer discussions with the visiting general.
Yesterday, General Katsina left the capital. He was taken into the country and shown over a large development scheme started by the Government.
The development project is aimed at solving Malaysia's unemployment problem. Later the General flew to Port Dickson on the west coast where he inspected the Royal Malaysian Armed Forces training school.
