Background: An international group of pilgrims - commemorating the fate of their brethren behind the Iron Curtain- marched through Vienna, October 19, on their way from Munich to Andau near the Hungarian border.
Led by 33-year-old Indian Tapeshwar Zuchi, and joined by a 70-year-old woman from Berlin, a young British writer, and several Hungarian students, they continued their journey the following day, after prayer's outside Vienna's Karlskirche.
Intending to reach Andau on October 23, the pilgrims will pitch tents near the Hungarian border and remain there, praying for all nations oppressed by Communism, until November 4.
