    BUILDINGS OCCUPIED BY SPANISH TOURIST AND DIPLOMATIC OFFICIALS WERE DAMAGED PARIS AND LONDON EARLY TODAY (FRIDAY) IN A SERIES OF SOME ATTACKS. IN PARIS, PLASTIC EXPLOSIVE DAMAGED THREE FLOORS OF THE SPANISH CULTURAL OFFICE SOON AFTER AND EXPLOSION SHOOK THE NEARBY SPANISH NATIONAL TOURIST OFFICE.

    IN LONDON, THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT HAS EXPRESSED REGRET FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY THREE PETROL BOMB ATTACKS EARLY THIS MORNING.

    THE BOMBS -- THROWN AT BUILDING OCCUPIED BY THE SPANISH EMBASSY, TOURIST OFFICE AND NAVAL ATTACHE -- ALL EITHER MISSED THEIR TARGET OR FAILED TO EXPLODE.

    NO ONE WAS HURT IN ANY OF THE ATTACKS.

    THE EXPLOSION AT THE CULTURAL OFFICE IN PARIS CAUSED EXTENSIVE DAMAGE, WHILE AT THE TOURIST OFFICE, THE PLATE-GLASS WINDOW OF THE FACADE WAS SHATTERED AND DENSE SMOKE POURED FROM THE BUILDING.

    THE FIRST ATTACK IN LONDON CAME WHEN A MOLOTOV COCKTAIL WAS TOSSED AT THE EMBASSY IN BELGRAVE SQUARE. IT FAILED TO EXPLODE AND THE EMBASSY DOOR WAS SLIGHTLY DAMAGED.

    AT THE SPANISH TOURIST OFFICE, IN CENTRAL LONDON, A PETROL BOMB MISSED THE BUILDING ALTOGETHER AN CAUSED SLIGHT DAMAGE TO THE DOOR OF AN ADJOINING BUILDING.
