Mr. Bhashani said the armed forces should take action against the corrupt and unscrupulous elements, including the Ministers and M.P.'s responsible for the ills of the country, and not harass opposition workers in the name of curbing corruption.

The Moulana, speaking at the first public meeting of the United Front alliance, warned the armed forces that if they let loose a reign of terror on opposition workers he would start a vigorous movement against them.

Another of the speakers Mr. Oli Ahad, General Secretary of the Bangla Jatyo League, accused India of exploiting Bangladesh under the cover of economic co-operation.
