    In Warsaw on Tuesday (2 March) the two eldest children of the detained Solidarity leader Lech Walesa watched a military parade. Bogdan, aged 11, and nine-year-old Slawomir, told reporters that their father was in good spirits when they visited him at a villa in a health resort outside Warsaw where he being held. A party from the International Red Cross who visited Walesa said he was in a satisfactory condition. It is still not certain when he will be allowed to see his one-month-old daughter. Photographs of his family have been sent to him. Taxi cabs are no longer subject to the late night curfew in Warsaw but everyone must still be indoors by 11 pm. Poles may now travel throughout the country, so train station were busy today. In Moscow, Poland's military leader General Jaruzelski told the Soviet leader, President Brezhnev that Poland would always be a friend to the Soviets.
