  • Description

Motor cycle tours -- described as a new concept in outdoor recreation -- are fast gaining popularity in the Mid-Western state of Utah in the United States.

Its popularity can partly be attributed to Canyonland -- a well-preserved park, several hundred miles upstream in Utah. The park is not accessible by anything bigger than motor cycles. Campers usually ride up to a base camp just outside the park with their cars or vans loaded with all the equipment for camping. They set out from there on trail motor cycles. One organised tour through the park takes five days and covers about 350 miles (563 kilometres).

SYNOPSIS: Young people in southern Utah in the United States, are taking an increasing interest in motorcycle tours, particularly in a well-preserved park called Canyonland.

TVN Reporter, Rhys Star, was in Canyonland for this report.....
