    Background: While paying a visit to the pink city of India namely Jaipur, the Queen visits the Community development village of Bakrota. She is received by a multitude of Rajasthani population and is escorted by she head man of the village. She evinces a seem interest in the progress achieved by the village under the Community Development scheme. They then went round and saw things for themselves namely sewing, churning, animal husbandry, crafts etc..... The Duke took particular interest in everything.

    The Maharaja and Maharani of Jaipur held a Darbar in the evening on 22nd in honour of the Queen and Duke,. The Queen, on arrival at the Palace, rode an elephant and went up to the main gate of the Darbar where she attended it. The Duke sat on the next elephant.

    The Queen was accompanied by the Maharaja of Jaipur on the elephant while the Duke was accompanied by the Maharaja's son.
