    Calling for self-restraint by the warring eight-wing Christian and left-wing Moslem factions in Lebanon, the ministers said that all Arab countries were committed to side with lebanon against any Israeli attempt to exploit its neighbour's internal difficulties.

    They appealed to Arab league member stated to give Lebanon financial aid to repair losses and damages suffered in the long months of civil violence.

    Before the final session, Arab League Secretary-General Mahmoud Riad held a closed session with a number of top officials. The four-man special committee--including also lebanese Foreign Minister, Mr. Philip Takla, Kuwaiti Foreign Minister, Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad and United Emirates Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Seif Bin Ghobash -- discussed ways of halting the bloodshed in Lebanon.

    Mr. Riad said there has been no suggestion of forming an Arab security force to help restore order in the country.

    SYNOPSIS: The two day emergency session of Arab League Foreign Ministers on the factional crisis in Lebanon ended in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, on Thursday.

    Before the final session, the four-man committee set up to discuss ways of ending the bloodshed in Lebanon met privately under the chairmanship of Arab League Secretary-General Mr. mahmoud Riad.

    Lebanese Foreign Minister, Mr. Philip Takla, Kuwaiti Foreign Minister, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad and United Arab Emirates representative, Seif Bin Ghobash later presented their findings to the closing session.

    In an appeal for self-restraint by Lebanon's warring factions, the final session of ministers -- including Egyptian Foreign Minister Mr. Ismael Fahmy -- said that all Arab states wore committed to side with Lebanon against any Israeli attempt to exploit its neighbour's attempt to exploit its neighbour's internal difficulties. They also appealed for Arab League countries to give Lebanon financial assistance for reconstruction.
