And those are the points that were agreed to and in my opinion it contains basically all the problems. And what were they, what was the demand of the (indistinct) council. What were they. It was because of mistrust ....nobody was prepared to trust the other party. Whether they seriously mean this? Any part in power has a lot of privileges. A party in power has a lot of privileges. A party in power has a lot of means at their disposal. They are certainly in a more advantageous position. But a party in power can also lose. Look at the last President of the United States .... perhaps one of the only (indistinct) two presidents lost in office. So all that we have done is separate the two parties, brought them on equal group and (indistinct) is acting as a super (indistinct) in order to implement that accord. So there are not complications. I see no complications.

Background: Pakistan's military strongman, General Zia-Ul-Haque, has repeated his determination to restore the country to civilian rule in October this year following the recent bloodless military takeover. At this first news conference since the coup on July 5, the cavalry general said that the military only intervened in the country's political dispute in order to "prevent civil war by putting the political parties on an equal footing".

The General said that some political parties tended to take advantage of what he described as, "their better position".
