Background: Senior British Army officers from all over the country watched a physical fitness display at the Army School of Physical Training at Aldershot, Hampshire, Nov. 20.
Assault and obstacle training, close combat and battle experimental tests, shown by some of the finest Army physical training instructors, included jumping from a 17 ft platform, tackling a high wall and crossing a "river" by means of a rope.
The object of the display was to keep senior officers in touch with up-to-date P.T. methods and recreational training, by demonstration and discussion.
