    Yugoslavian Foreign Minister Koca Popovic, at the start of his three-day talks in Athens, laid a wreath on the tomb of Greece's unknown soldier in Central Athens. He later called with members of his delegation for talks with Prime Minister Karamanlis.

    The talks include on exchange of views on international questions, including Russian Premier Kruschev's Alhanian visit, the establishment of missile oases in Greece, and a rapprochement between Turkey and Yugoslavia.

    Before the agreements expected to be signed, is a treaty for the free movement of frontier populations, which will allow about 3000 peasants on both sides of the border to cultivates freely land owned across the frontier, other are on tourism, culture and exchange of information on atomic energy for peaceful purposes.
