IN A LATE REPORT THE BCINA CAMERAMEN SAYS HE WAS HALTED FROM TAKING FURTHER PICTURES, GIVEN ONE HOUR TO GET OUT. ALL FOREIGNERS EVACUATED. HE SAID WORKERS WERE DRUNK AND LED BY COMMUNIST AGITATORS FROM CUBA AND SURROUNDING AREA.
