Congo, Brazzaville is particularly proud of its links with the French cathedral city of Reims. The French Ambassador was among those diplomats who were invited to take part in the ceremony at the Brazzaville town-hall, where the Congo, Brazzaville government was represented by Dr Pascal Lissouba, Minister of State and former Prime Minister. He and the city's mayor, Mr. Mayordome, made speeches during the ceremony inside the town-hall.
