    SPEAKING TO REPORTERS AT LONDON AIRPORT, HE SAID: "WE STRONGLY FEEL THAT THE RACIST REGIME, WHICH IS ILLEGAL, SHOULD BE ENDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND EVERY EFFORT SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO SUPPRESSING THIS REBELLION."
    THE FOREIGN MINISTER WENT ON: "WE ARE GREATLY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE ECONOMIC SANCTIONS HAVE NOT YIELDED THE RESULT THAT THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY WAS MADE TO BELIEVE THAT THEY WOULD BE LIKELY TO PRODUCE."
    THE TEN-DAY CONFERENCE OF COMMONWEALTH PRIME MINISTERS AND FOREIGN MINISTERS OPENS IN LONDON TOMORROW.
