GRIMOND - Spoke to an interviewer about the
election result. He said various things about the Liberal tasks in the future. He spoke About the economic situation and foreign policy and said that the Liberal Party would continue its campaign for regional development. He concluded by stating that he was not thinking of retiring.

HEATH - Made a short speech before answering questions form journalists. He thanked the supporters of the Tory Party and thanked party workers. He reiterated the rightness of the Tory campaign, and said that serious issues had been concentrated on. He said that people would remember what the Conservatives had said in their campaign. He then answered questions from reporters. (Questions inaudible on film)
