MR. THO: "In his recent speech of April 26, 1972, American President Nixon praised the 'success' which he obtained during his term in the American war of aggression in Vietnam. He claims that he has withdrawn almost all the American troops from Vietnam, that he wishes to put an end to war in Vietnam, and find a peaceful and honourable solution for the good of future generations. Those are nothing but fine words, aiming to fool American and world opinion and conceal the American acts of aggression in Vietnam."
